Refund cancellation

This policy applies to eSchool by Wekonex subscriptions paid to Invest Logistic Sarl (trial upgrades, prepaid packages, and custom plans). It does not automatically govern school-fee payments made by parents to a school inside the app.

1. General rule

eSchool is a digital service. Subscription payments are in principle non-refundable, including if you cancel before the end of the paid period or use only part of the student/staff quota.

2. When a refund may be granted

We may refund, in whole or in part, if:

  • A technical issue attributable to us prevents access to the Service for more than 15 consecutive days
  • You were charged twice for the same subscription (duplicate payment)
  • The Service was not delivered as described at the time of purchase, and we cannot reasonably remedy it

You must provide proof of payment (transaction reference, date, amount, school name).

3. No refund in these cases

  • Voluntary cancellation or change of mind after payment
  • Partial use of the platform or unused student/staff seats
  • Expiry of a trial that you did not convert to a paid plan
  • Misuse of the account or breach of the Terms
  • Failure of your own internet, devices, or local configuration
  • School-fee payments collected by a school from parents (those are the school’s responsibility)

4. Cancellation

You may decide not to renew at the end of the current period. Access continues until that period expires. To cancel auto-renewal or a pending prepaid plan, contact us before the renewal date. Cancellation does not by itself create a right to a refund.

5. How to request a refund

Write to [email protected] or WhatsApp +237 679 547 640 with:

  • School name and administrator email
  • Payment reference and date
  • Reason and supporting evidence

Eligible refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days via the same method used for the original payment, when the provider allows it.
